- Source Sought for Lease program: one (1) year with four (4) option years in one (1) year increments. Guarantee - 5 years (2 years standard plus 3 additional years). �Guarantee covers all parts & labor and travel. � Special 10 year positioning warranty (applies to LSM reliability), Free ""Platinum"" level membership (during warranty period). Guarantees machine for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation. � Shipping and Training are included in price. � Comes with standard features only, no options, which includes PM visit to be used within 1st year (travel not included)� TERMINATION OPTION CLAUSE: It is the intention of Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) to have a requirement for the equipment for a systems life of 5 years (60 months) however, BSA will notify the supplier (60) days prior to the Purchase Orders annual expiration date if we intend to execute the options. �The exercise of the Purchase Order renewal options are subject to the availability of funds or termination for convenience. �
