The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is enough qualified: (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide the CARTO System Upgrade, BIOSENSE WEBSTER brand name only, for the Edward Hines Jr. VAH, in Hines, Illinois. Requirements: BIOSENSE WEBSTER BRAND NAME ONLY CARTO System Upgrade. Vendor shall be able to provide the following: Qty.: Part Number: Description: 1 C3PRMRPLY CARTO PRIME Module Kit Includes CARTO PRIME Software, ULS Frame grabber, and DELL T5820 workstation and Replay. 1 VSPEPU1 VISITAG Surpoint Module Kit. 1 C3PASO PASO Software Module for CARTO 3 System. 1 KT5400170 CARTO® CONFIDENSE® Module with Ripple Mapping. All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL THE FOLLOWING: 1. Company name. 2. Address. 3.
