- SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ): FIRM-FIXED PRICE requirement for Project Coordinator�s services and coordination assistance to the Conservation Planning and Programs Division (CPPD) within National Headquarters (NHQ).� SYNOPSIS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotes (RFQ) are being �requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 12FPC221Q0061 is being issued as a RFQ.� This requirement is a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Classification ���System Code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting with a size standard of $16.5 million average annual income. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 effective July 12, 2021 which can be found at http://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html under the current FAR section.� This requirement will be awarded as a commercial item, firm fixed price purchase order under the procedures at FAR Part 13, Simplified Procedures. REFER TO THE ATTACHED RFQ FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
