*****AMENDMENT 0001 (updated 26Sep21)***** Please note, this Solicitation has been Amended (0001) effective 27 September 2021.� This amendment changes the proposal due date to 18 October 2021 at 2:00 pm (Local Qatari time) and updates the POCs.��A copy of the changes only (Amendment FA570221R00240001 SF 30) as well as the Conformed Solicitation (FA570221R00240001)�have been attached.� Additionally, based on the Questions and Answers for this Solicitation, Attachment�3 'Section L_MACC_Revised', Attachment 6 'Past Performance Questionnaire_Revised'; and Attachment 9 'AF Form 66 Schedule of Material Submittals_Sample'�have�been added.� Please ensure you review them thoroughly for all changes. ****QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (updated 22Sep21)**** Please see the attached Questions and Answers spreadsheet for all Q&As received for this project.� If there are any conflicts between answers from 'Pre-Site Visit' to 'Post Site Visit,' please refer to the more current answers contained within the 'Post Site Visit' tab of the spreadsheet.� Also, the following three (3) documents were uploaded in response to questions received: 1) afcent_Al_Udeid_AB_IFS, 2) AUAB Sign Policy, 3) AUABI 32-1001 INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR FACILITY SIGN STANDARDS AUAB Feb 2012 ***SITE VISIT SPECIFICS (updated 9Sep21)*** Please note the location of the site visit will be held in the dirt parking lot, immediately outside the North Gate location.� As such, no base passes are required and no registration paperwork will be collected.� No access to the installation will be required or provided. **SITE VISIT (updated 6Sep21)** Please note the location of the site visit will be off site and therefore will not require base access.� As indicated in the solicitation documents, the purpose of this site visit is only to cover the full details of the seed project. A. Project Title: MACC Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity at Al Udeid AB (AUAB), Qatar. B. The Government anticipates awarding up to five (5) multiple-awards. This acquisition is unrestricted. C. All questions must be submitted NLT 21 September 2021 at 2:00 pm local Qatari time, to the Points-of-Contact identified in Section L. D. Projected Performance Period: a 12-month Base Year and four (4) 12-month Option Years (if exercised). F. Reference Section L, "" Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Respondents"" and Section M, ""Evaluation Factors for Award,"" for proper proposal preparation. G. Total aggregate maximum amount expendable under all MACC contracts awarded shall not exceed $200 million. H. A seed project will be required for technical evaluation only. A site visit for the seed project will be held on 14 September 2021 at 0930 local Qatari time, at the Al Udeid AB North Gate. J. Sections K, L, and M will not be a part of any resultant contract. K. Past Performance evaluation package is due by proposal submission deadline. L. The Magnitude of the Seed Project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. M. NAICS code is 236220. N. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. The Government has no obligation to reimburse any offeror for any costs. P. Proposals shall be submitted by submission deadline electronically to the Points-of-Contact (POC) identified in Section L.
