- The Goverment intends to procure a quantity of�four (4) Mer Mounting Plate Alignment Tool, Part Number 71204-22010-855T046, National Stock Number 5120-01-623-6498 and quantity four (4) Alignment Tool Disconnect Coupling, Part Number 70361-25015-042T046, National Stock Number 4920-01-500-5158. Recommend Sole Source to Sikorsky based on Market Research results. Historical research shows that Sikorsky is the only known source of supply for the SE items required. Authorized distributors for Sikorsky sourced SE have been solicited for market research and none responded with a capability to manufacture this SE. The USN does not have rights to the drawings as Sikorsky maintains ownership of the technical data package (TDP) and drawings.
