- This is a bridge contract for above services. The �current contract, W912QG-19-P-0036 Option Year 2, was not exercised due to lack of employees available within the POP for Option Year 2 due to COVID restrictions and training requirements. There is not enough time to issue a solicitation for a brand new contract consisting of a base year and 4 option periods which is estimated to be over the SAT threshold.�Market research shows from the previous contract that there are two or more small business entities that could be utilized for this requirement. For W912QG-19-P-0036, 5 quotes were received from small business entities. However, due to the time left in the fiscal year to accomplish the statutory requirements for the exams of the federal employees, a sole source contract will be issued to the incumbent contractor who already has �mobilized the manpower, supplies and materials necessary to conduct the exams prior to the end of FY21
