PRESSURE, DIAL INDICATING.� This solicitation may result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 13.5 for a base period (3 years) plus two option years for total contract duration of 5 years. �The item description contains acceptable sources 3D INSTRUMENTS, LLC. DBA SIERRA, CAGE 64528, �P/N 11006, ROGERSON KRATOS, CAGE 34830, P/N G4284 and PERMA-CAL INDUSTRIES, INC. 59018 P/N 91-165-8961. The solicitation is a Total Small Business Setaside.�Inspection/Acceptance at Destination.�FOB Destination.�Required delivery is 94 days after receipt of order.�Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 689 each for the base and option periods.�The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
