- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Copyright Clearance Center (CCC), 222 Rosewood Drive, Danvers, MA 01923, for the purchase of CCC�s Annual Copyright License Agreements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 519130. CCC�s Annual Copyright License Agreements are only accessible by one provider to process orders against the annual copyright licenses. Unlike from Federal Government licensing agreements, Copyright Clearance Center provides customers like Education Support Squadron �one-stop shopping� so they don�t have to ask permission from individual copyright holders and can instead search and request any and all copyright information under one platform. Currently, CCC is the sole organization that makes such rights available �in bulk,� and no other vendors can supply this. Due to the sensitivity of this requirement, extensions for responses to this notice will not be available. Responses must include all criteria listed in the attached document to be considered.
