- Special Notice of Intent for the negotiation and award of multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements. The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) located at Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate for multiple Blanket Purchase Order Agreements for various building supplies, support services, and rental equipment on an as needed basis. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code(s) for the supplies are: 333992 with a small business size standard of 1250, Welding and Soldering Equipment Manufacturing. 333415 with a small business size standard of 1250, Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing. 325120 with a small business size standard of 1000, Industrial Gas Manufacturing. 332510� with a small business size standard of 750, Hardware Manufacturing 327320 with a small business size standard of 500, Ready- Mix Concrete Manufacturing. 444130 with a small business size standard of $7.50, Hardware Stores. 444120 with a small business size standard of $27.5, Paint and Wallpaper Stores. 423710 with a small business size standard of 150, Hardware Merchant Wholesalers. 532490 with a small business size standard of $35.0, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and equipment Rental and Leasing. 561210 with a small business size standard of $41.50, Facilities Support Services. Specific items and quantities will be determined on individual BPA calls.� A BPA Vendor must be able to provide the supplies on an as needed basis.� Any interested business are encouraged to submit their capability statements, price lists, and catalogs to GIMC Acquisition Office.� Capable vendors may be contacted for additional BPA requirements. The Notice of Intent to award multiple BPAs using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued a period of performance of One Base Year consisting of 12 months and up to five (option) years thereafter.� In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have � and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) � an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
