The solicitation will be available on or about 10 December 2021 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and SAM.gov website at https://beta.sam.gov/. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of proposals, the Performance Work Statement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and/or SAM.gov to download the synopsis, solicitation, and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments, or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued.
