- ***Set-Aside for Small Business (SBSA)*** This procurement requires work to be accomplished for Buildings 3137, 3149, 3405, 3406, 3408, 3411, 3415, 3638, T-10, and T-28, which includes work items including: minor building envelop repairs � installing sealant, minor cracking, dents, divots, joints, etc.; application of exterior wall coating (painting); and miscellaneous repair� replacement of trim pieces and maintenance of a wheel chair ramp. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and design of services necessary to safely and efficiently perform this work.
