- Description
- The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey, Great Lakes Science Center, 1451 Green Road, Ann Arbor, MI has a requirement for construction of ADA renovations, including construct an elevator building addition, ADA bathroom renovations, ADA lobby improvements, and hallway and stairwell renovations. The project magnitude is between $1,500,000 and $2,500,000. Proposals are being requested under Request for Proposals 140G0121R0033, scheduled to be issued on or about 09/08/2021. The offeror is responsible for monitoring the posting sites for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). A statement of work, specifications, drawings, and other project information are not available for release at this time. A site visit is scheduled for 10:00 ET on Tuesday, 09/14/2021. Meet at Great Lakes Science Center, 1455 Green Road, Ann Arbor, MI. Proposals will be due on or about 10/08/2021 (exact date/time to be provided in the solicitation). The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 mil. This solicitation will be set aside for small business.
