- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE / SYNOPSIS This procurement is for Stowage Box - NBCRV This proposed solicitation is intended to result in the award of a single requirements contract for the estimated supplies specified.� The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized through issuance of delivery orders for discrete quantities for the period stated in the schedule.� The Government bears no responsibility to issue an initial minimum order upon base contract award.� For further guidance related to a Requirements type contract, see FAR 16.503 and clause 52.216-21, Requirements. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price, 18-month Requirements type contract. The Government does not intend to use FAR Part 12 for the acquisition. Procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside Noun: Stowage Box, NBCRV Kit NSN: 2540-01-617-0842 p/n: 57K9472 REQUIREMENTS: 1. First Article Test (FAT) is required on a cable asm. 2. Higher Level Contract Quality Requirement - QMS Requirements: ISO 9001:2015 Technical Data Package:� A link to the TDP will be available when the solicitation is released.
