- N0016422RWP83 � MANUFACTURE AND TESTING OF SPS-48 ANTENNA ARRAYS � PSC 5840� NAICS 334511 Issue Date: 13 OCT 2021 � Closing Date: 15 NOV 2021 � 16:00 Eastern ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for new manufacture and testing of SPS-48 Arrays in support of Radar Restoration. 1 set = 30 Arrays. NSWC Crane intends to issue a five (5) year Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), competitive non-commercial solicitation in the first quarter (Q1) of fiscal year 2022. This opportunity will be set aside for Small Business Concerns. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract as a full and open competition IAW FAR 6.1. Delivery is required FOB Destination.� Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
