Requirements: Gray Vinyl Plank Tile Flooring, Removal of Old Flooring, and Install New Flooring 42982.40 sq. ft. - Commercial Grade 5.0 mm Thickness, 30 year warranty Turtle Mountain Middle School 34 Room(s): 162,166,168,172,181,184,165,185,188,189,190, 1107. 1132. 1134,1157, 1158, 1155,134, 1160,1159, 1133,1134, 156,130,135,145,128B,128, 129,114C, 114B,B17,B3, Bl0, all hallways to include lower level hallways and all stairs going down to the lower level. Please see Statement of Work (SOW) attached Site Visit: Any time after 3:30 PM or October 21st all day as there is no school this day. The RFQ is to be submitted to Karen Cooper by email at karen.cooper@bia.gov on October 22, 2021 at 3:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time).
