- Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is conducting Market Research to identify potential sources for the Petroleum Quality Analysis System - Enhanced (PQAS-E) Shelter Overhaul in support of Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC).� At a minimum, all responsible and interested offerors are encouraged to submit the following information with their response: - Company CAGE Code and DUNS Number; - Business Size Standard Response Date: 20 October 2021 by 4PM Central Time. All questions shall be emailed due to the current COVID-19 safety measures in place at Rock Island Arsenal. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. All responses and questions shall be emailed to ACC-RI Contract Specialist, Carrie Holub at carrie.l.holub.civ@mail.mil. **This announcement is for market research and planning/information gathering purposes only.
