Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a contract for the Aegis Virtual Operator Trainer (AVOT) to include the following specific requirements: Procure hardware, install, configure and test the AVOT trainers at four different locations; Design, install and test concurrent tactical software and simulation upgrades to remain current with the AWS tactical software baselines; Perform In-Plant Support System upgrades as required.
