- � Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to address questions to the RFI: Question 1: Page 2, Section 2.1 states the �Contractor shall provide secure mailing services, printing, and order fulfillment services.� Is the contractor storing items for fulfillment or are these merely the letter templates that will be used to create print and mail? Response 1: They should have supplies stored for fufillment such as envelopes, paper for letters, stamps,etc. Question 2: Page 3, Bullet 2 states ��any material sent to Login.gov�s customers.�� Are the materials something other than letters/paper products? Response 2: �Only thing being sent out are mailing the letters and associated stamps and envelopes Question 3: Page 4, Return Address � Usually return address information will be a the contractor location so the contractor will receive the UAA items.� Will this work be performed onsite at a GSA facility?� Response 3: �It will be at the contractor location Question 4: Page 5, Bullet 8 states the maximum order fulfillment will not exceed 15,000 per day.� If Question 1 above does include static publications or other items for fulfillment, how many items would be stored at the contractor facility or how much anticipated space would be needed to store GSA materials?��������� Response 4: �All that we would need is space for envelopes, stamps, and paper for mailing.� Question 5: Page 5, Order Processing, Bullet 1 states a private delivery company will be used for special or overnight shipments.� Is this using a GSA account or will this be considered a pass through cost?� Also, can you describe what a shipment would be (uncertain if these are just overnight letters or something larger)? Response 5: A pass through cost that would be itemized in the invoice. All that would be needed is mailing letters Question 6: General question � will the contractor maintain all letter templates provided by the GSA (update letter templates as needed/required by GSA)? Response 6: Yes Question 7: General question � how many letter templates is GSA currently utilizing? Response 7: �I believe we only have one template for our customer mailings Question 8: General question � are letter templates one page or multiple pages? Response 8: �One page Question 9: General question � how many letters are mailed annually? � Response 9: �In the forecast for the current year, we estimate 259,260 Question 10: General question � do letters print in black ink only? Response 10: �The letter has the red shield in the upper left hand corner Question 11: General question � are envelopes preprinted in black ink only or are multi-color logos utilized? Response 11: �The envelope only has the symbol and login.gov in red letters in the bottom left of the front of the envelope.� � Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to address questions to the RFI: Question 1: Is there an incumbent contract? Response 1: No, there is no incumbent contract. Question 2: Is an estimated value available for this effort? Response 2: No, there is no estimated value available.� As part of this RFI in conducting Market Research, the Government�s intention is to gather potential solutions and general pricing information.� ---Original-- Please note: this is only a Request for Information (RFI).
