- OBAA Topic Solicitation No. 11 (RFP 70RWMD22R00000007) The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Countering�Weapons of Mass Destruction Acquisition Division (CWMDAD) issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) to�solicit capable vendors for the submission of technical and cost proposals in accordance with this Topic�Solicitation No. 11, RFP No. 70RWMD22R00000007, titled �Automated Threat Recognition for Non-Intrusive�Inspection"", its attachments, and the overarching Research and Development (R&D) Open Broad Agency�Announcement (OBAA) No. 70RDND19R00000003. This requirement supports the DHS Countering�Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), Research and Development Division (RDD), under BAA focus area�CWMD.04 � Chokepoint Optimization: Technologies to improve the ability to scan conveyances for threats�and other anomalous activities at chokepoints (ports-of-entry, rail scanning) through development of new�capabilities to optimize chokepoint operations or to improve performance of currently deployed sensors for�scanning conveyances at chokepoints.
