- This is a commercial, 8(a) competitive requirement at Robins Air Force Base. SBA Requirement Number: KG1649948408L. SOLICITATION FA857122R0010 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) This solicitation is for Aircraft Painters and Supervisors for the 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group at Robins Air Force Base. Small Business Size Standard: 8(a) ONLY NAICS: 561320 Size Standard: $30,000,000 Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor and technical services for depot on-site paint and de-paint operations at Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex, 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) Robins Air Force Base, Georgia in support of daily operations in relation to current and incoming workload for the C-5, C-17, C-130, F-15, Global Hawk, and JSTARS weapon systems to include future paint and de-paint workload as necessary. FOB: Destination Inspection/Acceptance: Destination Period of Performance: Basic 18 July 2022 - 17 July 2023 Option I - 18 July 2023 - 17 July 2024 Option II - 18 July 2024 - 17 July 2025 Option III - 18 July 2025 - 17 July 2026 Option IV - 18 July 2026 - 17 July 2027 This is a firm fixed price requirement type contract in which the contractor shall provide AMXG Production Support Manpower Services to support the Warner Robins, Air Logistics Complex, Robins Air Force Base, GA., in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The offeror must possess a facility clearance, at a minimum, equal to the highest classification required on the Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254) attached to the solicitation, at time of proposal. Failure of an offeror to possess a clearance at the time of proposal will result in the Government deeming the proposal non-responsive. The Government will validate a contractor's facility clearance through the NISS system. Proposals shall be sent via email to jaimie.roth@us.af.mil (Buyer) and valerie.evans.1@us.af.mil (PCO) no later than 17 June 2022, 5:00 PM EST.
