- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA301622U0148 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 and DFARS Change 03/18/2022. This RFQ is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the United States Air Force.� The Government is NOT liable for any costs and/or activity associated with providing a response to this announcement.� Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the government for reimbursement. The Government reserves the right to award some or all of the line items represented herein. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date.� In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse for costs associated with providing a quote. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 238910 with a size standard of $16.5M. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating program does not apply. The following Provisions and Clauses are applicable to this requirement: 52.212-1, Instructions to�Offerors�Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services; 52.212-2, Evaluation�Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions�Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders�Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror�Representations and Certifications�Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services�with the quote, see Attachment 2 for the full text of the clause. Quotes are due to the Contracting Office no later than 01 June 2022 at 4:00 PM CT. Submit electronic quotes via email to tyler.troge.2@us.af.mil with a copy to vivian.fisher@us.af.mil.� Quotes are to remain valid for a period of not less than 60 days. Quotes received after the due date and time may be considered ""late"" and ineligible for award consideration. An optional site visit will be held on 25 May 2022, at 8:00 AM CT. This will be the only Site Visit held. If interested in attending, please complete Section V of the attached Unescorted Access Request Form (Attachment 4) and submit the form to the above listed POCs,�by 23 May 2022 at 2:00 PM CT. Any questions from the site visit must be submitted by 27 May 2022 at 10:00 AM CT. Description of Requirement:� 12 MXG has a service requirement for the demolition and disposal of a T-10 Hush House and associated equipment IAW the Statement of Work (Attachment 1). Place of performance is located on the flight line at JBSA-Randolph, TX. The following addenda applies to the provision: (b) Submission of offers: This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA) and not the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA). Please submit quotations accordingly. 52.212-2 - Evaluation-Commercial Items is incorporated by reference. The following addenda applies to the provision: (a) A purchase order will be issued to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
