- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA4600-22-Q-0019 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. This is a set-aside for 100% Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238290 with a size standard of 19.5M. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations for the purchase and delivery of Hangar Door Maintenance Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The bid schedule and contract CLIN schedule are below. Site visit will be conducted on 25 May 2022 at 0900 at Offutt AFB for this requirement (Optional) Site visit location for meeting is located at 308 Looking Glass Ave, Offutt AFB, NE 68113 Field House (Meet at the East Side Parking lot between the Field House and Benny Davis Hangar). After we meet at 0900 we will be escorted to the requirement location. Questions for solicitation are due on or before 23 May 2022. Also send an email to jacob.saunders.3@us.af.mil for RSVP minimum three day prior to expected visit. Quote Submissions: Quotes are due no later than Friday, 1 June 2022 at 10:00 AM CST. Quotes shall be submitted by email to jacob.saunders.3@us.af.mil and melissa.hergenrader@us.af.mil. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this officer before offer due date and time. Period of Performance begins 1 July 2022. All questions regarding this RFQ must be email to jacob.saunders.3@us.af.mil by 10:00 A.M. CST Note: The vendor acknowledges that should the quote terms and conditions and/or agreement conflict with mandatory provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other Federal law applicable to commercial acquisitions, to the extent of such conflict the FAR and Federal law govern and conflicting vendor terms and conditions and/or agreement are unenforceable and are not considered incorporated into any resultant contract.
