- Description
- This Special Notice is to announce that the Health Readiness Contracting Office, Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX will conduct a virtual Joint Pre-Proposal Conference/Industry Day via MS Teams on 7 June 2022 for upcoming Healthcare Environmental Cleaning (HEC) requirements at various Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs).� The upcoming requirements include:� Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), West Oahu, HI; Moncrief Army Health Clinic (MAHC) Ft Jackson, SC; and Keller Army Community Hospital (KACH) West Point, NY. The HEC and related services have been determined to be commercial in nature.� The North American Industry Classification System code for these requirements is 561720-Janitorial Services and the small business size standard is $19.5 million. The requirements will be awarded using competitive procedures and will be procured as a 100% 8(a) or Small Business Set-Aside.� No official solicitation has been posted at this time for the above requirements; however, draft Performance Work Statements for each site have been posted with this notice.� This virtual conference is strictly to brief on the upcoming requirements and certain key areas that will be in the solicitations once they are posted.� There will not be an official site visit conducted for any of the above MTFs. Interested small business and 8(a) contractor must register with Ms. Tracy Blake at tracy.a.blake2.civ@mail.mil , Ms. Monica Perkins at monica.perkins3.civ@mail.mil , or Ms. Thalassa Edwards at thalassa.r.edwards.civ@mail.mil from 23 May 2022- 31 May 2022, 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.� Interested parties shall provide the following information for representatives attending (Limit 2 representatives per contractor) the virtual conference:� Name(s), Company Name, Email Address of each attendee, Phone Number for each attendee, and Business Size Standard.� A link will be provided along with a pin by email to all registered attendees before the start of the conference.� Lastly, all updates will be provided by email to all registered attendees.
