Description

The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), located in 6501 East 11 Mile Road, Warren, MI 48397, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), sole source contract with�Edwards Design and Fabrication Incorporated (EDFI), located at�120 Commissioner Dr., Meridianville, AL 35759-2038. Cage Code: 3DZL6 UEI: LYDBYUGNATA1 ACC-DTA proposes to award a new contract for the procurement of up to 130 sets of expedient pier repair kits and off-loading ramp kits to support the operational needs of United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDO-PACOM) and United States European Command (USEUCOM).�This effort is a follow-on contract to the Port Improvement via Exigent Repair (PIER) Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (JCTD), which purchased a total of 22 unique repair kits and the Rapidly Available Interface for trans-Loading (RAIL) Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) RDT&E program.
