- RFQ 15F06722Q0000111 PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED.� �The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order with Bounce Imaging, Inc. (Buffalo, NY) for the purpose of procuring fourteen (14) Bounce Imaging Explorer Recce360 (KIT) 20500-012MB-KIT. The quantity of (14) Explorer Recce360 (KIT) 20500-012MB-KIT will improve the existing Technical Operations Squad of the Critical Incident Response Group has tested and evaluated for its compact ability, portable, omnidirectional real time camera, compatible with most Android and iOS devices. The Tactical Throwable Ball Cameras system consists of a softball sized, 6 camera device that takes and immediately stitches video of a hazardous environment, sending the resulting live first person omnidirectional/360 video feeds back to a user�s mobile device over its own secure Wi Fi connection. On the mobile device the application receives this 360/omnidirectional view allows the user to look up/down/left/right and get an assessment of the situation. �� The Bounce Imaging Explorer is a softball-sized throw able sensor platform which can be tossed or deployed into rooms, attics, corridors, tunnels, and other potentially hazardous spaces to quickly provide officers with live omnidirectional video and other information � without exposing personnel to harm. The unit combines wide-angle cameras, white-light or infrared-LED illuminators, and advanced stitching technology to relay data and video to a mobile phone or tablet strapped to an Operator�s wrist or vest. The system is fire-and-forget, intuitive to deploy, and easy to use, allowing quick user adoption with minimal training and ensuring that your teams can remain focused on their vital mission. The system must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit, and function) with existing systems presently in use. �All items under this acquisition must coordinate, connect, or interface with the existing system by video feeds back to a user�s mobile device over its own secure Wi Fi connection in the camera. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration�s SAM.gov website (www.SAM.gov).� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.� The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310 � Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing; the size standard is 750 employees. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by contacting Christopher Hamilton via email only at cahamilton1@fbi.gov, no later than 1:00pm (Central) on Thursday, May 23, 2022.� Responses sent via other means (i.e., via telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not be considered.� Information received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.� Vendors must be registered in SAM, effective July 29, 2012, to receive government contracts.� The FBI utilizes a financial system that has a direct interface with the SAM.� Please ensure that your company�s SAM information is updated and accurate.� This includes TIN, EFT, DUNs, addresses, and contact information.� The EFT banking information on file in SAM will be what the FBI uses to process payment to your organization.
