Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) intends to award a Fixed Price Contract to�Summit Riser Systems Inc. for cable and wiring services to cross connect phone lines from one floor to another floor within the 701 5th Avenue location in Seattle, WA.� The delivery period will be for a three (3) month period (06/01/2022- 08/31/2022). This is not a�request for proposals or quotations; however, any challenges to this sole source notice must be in�writing and sent to the Contract Specialist at ferindand.yahya@hhs.gov to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to compete the requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government's needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not�to compete this proposed requirement based�on responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. The anticipated award�date is no later than June 1, 2022.�
