- Description
- This is the official solicitation for Caterpillar Generators (2) - Air to Electric Starter Conversion.�� The contractor will provide all labor, qualified personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, software, replacement parts, supplies, supervision and any other items and services necessary to accomplish the installation and services as required for the conversion from air start to electric start on two (2) Caterpillar generators. Each generator shall be retrofitted with a new electric starting system and sub components required for a fully functioning conversion from air start to electric start, all inclusive.� Each Caterpillar engine requires two starters, totaling four starting systems for both engines. All services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1.
