- The purpose of this Amendment is to answer the questions submitted by industry in response to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) Amendment A0002. This Amendment also provides an updated format to the initially posted Drawings Set. Finally, as detailed in this in Block 11 above the Bid Opening Date has been extended to afford interest parties adequate tie in which to completely prepare their bids for submission as a result of this Amendment.
