- Description
- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities,�transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary for the planning, coordinating, of the Army JLABs, consisting of a Leadership Bowl,�Academic Bowl and Essay contest as defined in this PWS, except for those items specified as�government furnished property and services. The�contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.� JLAB is a long running leadership symposium and academic bowl,�providing forums for high performing Cadets to study, plan, compete, and collaborate�with their Cadet peers from across the Army JROTC. This program includes an online�segment for thousands of Cadets as well as a resident segment for teams with the best�scores. JLAB also affords the opportunity for Cadets to interact with notable leaders and guest speakers, while generating opportunities for positive media. See PWS for further details.
