- The following information is being added to this solicitation: 2 hours of inspection and/or treatment is required every month for the VAOPCs located at 251 Causeway St, Boston, MA 02114, 130 Marshall RD, Lowell, MA 01852, and the VA Halfway House located at Woodside Ave, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130. No services are required on Saturdays. Vendor is responsible for supplying all traps and bait stations. 6 Insect Light traps will need to be replaced and serviced. The VA has paid for all insect light traps. Vendor needs to replace the rodent equipment, Jamaica Plain is to be serviced 10 hours per week / no weekends. THE OFFEROR DUE DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 12PM EST ON MAY 24, 2022.
