- Amendment #3 Questions from Vendor(s) with the VA s response in red. As per the Executive Order within the Wage Determinations, the minimum pay rate for the job classification 11150 is $15.00 per hour plus the Health and Welfare not the $11.60 per hour listed on page three, within the wage determination listing of Occupation Codes . Is this correct? Yes, this is correct. Because of Executive Order 14026, contracts entered into after January 30,2022 (such as this contract) contractors must pay at least $15.00 per hour plus Health & Welfare. Even though 11150-Janitor states $11.60*** per hour the (notice the three ***) Executive Order states $15.00 per hour. This pertains to all three Wage Determinations (locations) associated within this solicitation/contract. Any specific questions related to Wage Determinations should be referred to the US Department of Labor.
