- Hill AFB requires 135 rooms within a 10-mile radius of Hill AFB, UT, for performers, static displays, and maintenance crews participating in the 2022 Hill AFB Open House and Air Show for over 500K attendees. The Contractor shall provide clean and serviceable rooms for performers, static displays, and maintenance crew for the period 23 June 2022 � 26 June 2022 IAW SOW. ***Offers are due 23 May 2022, not later than 16:00 hrs Mountain Daylight Time (MDT)*** AMENDMENT 001 clarifies the requirement for 135 rooms
