- Description
- This project is being solicited as a Total Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.5. Project NAICS: 237120 with a corresponding size standard of $39.5M. Disclosure of magnitude: IAW FAR 36.204(e), this project is expected to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable to this project. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the Invitation for Bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price. ***Update 7 April 2022: Bid opening date has been changed to 12 May 2022. All other solicitations terms and conditions remain the same. Contractor is required to acknowledge amendment 0001 on their 1442 bid submission. ***Update 26 April 2022: Site Visit PowerPoint and Attendance Sheet have been uploaded.� ***Update 3 May 2022: Amendment 0002 to extend the bid opening date to 01:00PM EST on 19 May 2022 and incorporate the document 'QA - Replace POL Ground Storage Tanks' into the solicitation. Contractor is required to acknowledge amendment 0002 on their 1442 bid submission.�
