Description

This Solicitation Notice is�issued�Full and Open Competition�under FAR 6.1 by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service, Northeast, and Caribbean Region 2. The Government is seeking a�General Construction (GC)�for this original solicitation under the Sources Sought and Pre solicitation Notice Number 47PC0312R0012.� This solicitation noticealso� requires Technical and Price Proposals� for the attached CUI requirement documents and drawings. Brief Description: The Contractor shall provide any and all construction services including, but not limited to; labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the proper execution of the work described in the Contract. The proposed project will build out approximately 147,000 USF of space for HSI.� The project includes providing a separate entrance lobby for secure vehicle access along with dedicated tenant internal vertical transportation. The project scope includes but is not limited to all work to renovate the HSI tenant and common area/corridor. The construction work includes, but is not limited to: installation of walls, ceilings, flooring, lighting, finishes, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and customer required infrastructure for IT, AV and electronic security systems and special spaces including rooftop generator and fuel storage. New HVAC systems shall be tested and balanced per design requirements. Life Safety systems shall be tested and approved by GSA, the Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa), Commissioning Agent, and Design Team. The goal of the project is to renovate the 1st�(tenant entrance only), 2nd, 3rd,�and 5th�floors to ensure HSI relocation prior lease expiration in December 2023. �In order to be granted access to the ""Locked CUI"", documents your entity must have an active registration at��https://sam.gov .Interested parties please request access for full�Solicitation� package.
