- Precision Armaments Laboratory (PAL) Tower Hoist Systems The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command- Armament Center (DEVCOM-AC), METC-DEVCOM-FPAD, intends to issue a sole source Request for Proposal (RFP) to MID-AMERICAN ELEVATOR COMPANY, Inc., 175 Prairie Lake Road, Unit A Lake Dundee, Illinois 60118 USA to purchase commercially available maintenance and support services for the Tower Hoist.� The period of performance (PoP) shall be one year from contract execution and shall include one (1) base year and two (2) additional years for a total period of performance of three (3) years, if all options are exercised.� This is a sole source RFP/RFQ in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR 13.106(b)(1). A Sole Source Justification was approved on April 25, 2022 pursuant to FAR13.106-1(b)(1) asserting that MID-AMERICAN ELEVATOR COMPANY, Inc., is the only source capable of providing the required maintenance and support services; the redacted document is attached to this notice. �A redacted version of the justification and approval document is attached herein.� The applicable NAICS for this effort is 561210 � Facility Support Services and the small business size standard is $41,500,000.00.�� THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP/RFQ).
