Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The National Park Service, South Major Acquisition Buying Office intends to issue a solicitation to replace the Visitor Center�s exterior windows within Fort Frederica National Monument located in Saint Simons Island, Georgia, 31522, Glynn County. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P5422R0024. This project includes replacing the existing single pane windows with double pane insulated windows. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided with the solicitation documents. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238350. The small business standard is $16.5M. The cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusions such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment. SITE VISIT: Only (1) one group site visit is scheduled for this action on June 21, 2022 at 10:00am (ET) in Saint Simons Island, GA. Details will be provided with the solicitation. Any questions must be received via email by 10:00am (ET) on June 28, 2022 to Mary_Stefanos@nps.gov. TYPE OF CONTRACT: A firm-fixed-price contract is expected to be awarded towards the middle of July 2022. Note: Davis Bacon prevailing wages for Glynn County, GA will apply. The Government intends to award (1) one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov on or about June 03, 2022. This date is subject to change. Hard copy documents including drawings will not be available - all available documents will be posted for download.
