- NSN 4810-00-914-6105 will be solicited as a firm-fixed price RFP to obtain offer(s) for a single NSN contract for DLA Direct Delivery. QTY up to 610 each, no option will be included. FOB- ORIGN Inspection/Acceptance - DESTINATION DELIVERY EST. 200 days ADO� AMC/AMSC = 3/C Procurement from approved source. Technical data will not be available at the time of this solicitation. Alternate Offers may not receive consideration for current procurement due to lengthy process for ESA evaluation and timeframe required to meet coupling replacement schedule. Approved source:�AUTOMATIC SWITCH COMPANY (04845), P/N AV172731-1. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.��The subject requirement is for acquisition of one NSN for the various end items. The solicitation will be available in DIBBS on June 03,2021�at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Copies of the solicitation will not be available until 15 days afer this notice is published in SAM.gov.� While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.���� One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All o?ers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an o?er. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting o?icer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The Government may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. By submitting a proposal in response to the solicitation, o?erors agree to participate in the Reverse Auction and their prices may be publicly disclosed, including to other o?erors, during the Reverse Auction. An o?err�s final auction price will be considered its final proposal revision. No price revisions will be accepted a?er the close of the Reverse Auction, in accordance with FAR 15.307.
