- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, NY intends to issue 15b21522q00000045, for the acquisition of milk/dairy items for delivery to the United States Penitentiary Canaan, Waymart, PA. The acquisition is unrestricted, no set aside. Terms are FOB Destination with delivery during the months of July - September. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with price, technical, and past performance considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 20, 2022 and will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.sam.gov. �All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 15, 2022 at 10:00pm EST. Bids should be submitted via email to gbodine@bop.gov, faxed bids can be sent to 845-386-6801, email preferred though.
