- The United States Coast Guard Base New Orleans is soliciting a requirement�for�rolls of retro- reflective tapes and characters supplied under this specification shall meet all requirements for Type� III and Type V Sheeting with class 4 adhesive and a protective liner as described in ASTM D 4956 and USCG Spec P-630-0301.
