- Description
- The 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB)-Korea has a potential requirement to establish and support Korean Local National Pay Service (KLNPS) for Army Finance and Accounting Service-Korea (AFAS-K) in Republic of Korea (ROK).� 411th CSB is conducting market research to determine the range of available contractors and assess their capabilities to support the Korean Local National Pay Service (KLNPS); which would include: collection, calculation, disbursement, reconciliation and reporting of pay and allowances, contributions, insurance, union dues and taxation for 10,400 (8,000 for Appropriated Fund Korean Local National Employees, 2,400 for Non-Appropriated Fund Korean Local National Employees.� This RFI is issued solely for the purposes of obtaining information not readily available to the Government for planning purposes, in accordance with FAR 15.201(e).� It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP for any particular supplies or services in the future.� Furthermore, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.� Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party�s expense.� NOTE: Only Korean companies should be considered as interested parties.� Only Korean companies are eligible to participate if and when the government solicit the requirement at a future date.� Please review attachments.� If interested, please fill out Attachment 1 & 3.�� Attachment 1: Corporate Background Check Questionnaire Attachment 2: Draft PWS Attachment 3: ROM Template
