Description

USDA Forest Service, National Forests in North Carolina, Cheoah Ranger District has a need for Recreation Site Janitorial and Mowing Services.� The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, management, equipment and supplies necessary to provide janitorial, trash collection, landscaping, mowing and weed trimming services for the Cheoah Ranger District Recreation Areas.� It is our intent to award a single BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) that will be a BPA base year (2023) and four (4) BPA Option Periods.� COR:� Todd Sharkey� Todd.Sharkey@usda.gov��� 828-837-5152 ext#118 Technical Questions may also be addressed to:� Heath Emmons heath.e.emmons@usda.gov 828-479-6431 ext.#4102 Contact COR in e-mail with any questions.� All questions must be received by the COR at least 5 days before the solicitation due date to be answered.� There will be no pre-bid site visit.� 100% Small Business set aside.
