- Services for an Underwater Explosive Shock Test in accordance with MIL-DTL-901E consisting of four (4) standard explosions to support the testing requirements of identified Units Under Test (UUT).�� *NOTE:��Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer.� In order to be determined technically acceptable:� (1) the offeror must be an approved commercial facility that is qualified to conduct the MIL-DTL-901E heavyweight shock test; and (2) the Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within SPRS may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable.��
