- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS CRANE BARGE BROWNLEE SHIPYARD 2023 Document Type: � � � � Combined Solicitation/Synopsis Solicitation Number: � � �W912P823R0020 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the�format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation�and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in�this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a�written solicitation document will not be issued.�� The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District is seeking to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP)�contract for The US Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District has a requirement for inspection,�maintenance, and ultrasonic testing aboard the floating plant Brownlee. The Contractor shall�furnish all management, supervision, labor, subcontracting, services of manufacturer's� representatives and all facilities, utilities, shore power, equipment, tools, lubricants, fuels,�materials and articles (excluding Government-furnished property) required to fully execute the�Mandatory and Contracting Officer authorized Optional work items. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through�Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01.
