Description
NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941023Q2002. It is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08 effective 10/28/2022. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 811210. The size standard is $22,000,000. This is an unrestricted procurement, inviting full and open competition. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is for non-personal services. Defense Health Agency (DHA) Western Markets Contracting Division requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following: The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, transportation, parts, and services necessary to effectively, economically, and satisfactorily perform all services for the maintenance of medical equipment as required by this statement of work for Naval Hospital Twenty-Nine Palms and its branch health clinics. Service events will include all preventive and corrective maintenance activities necessary to keep medical equipment in good working order. See attached Synopsis and Performance Work Statement.
