- SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village CO 80111 intends to solicit sources to enter into a firm-fixed price contracts to provide Janitorial/Housekeeping Services for Facilities within the Eastern Colorado Health Care System and the Rocky Mountain Regional VAMC, 1700 N Wheeling St. CO, 80045. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about January 30, 2023. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a small business size standard of $41.5 Million. This solicitation will be set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
