- The contractor will provide expertise, management and all services required to arrange the removal, transportation, storage, recycling, and disposal of hazardous property generated by United States (U.S.) Department of Defense (DoD) installations within the countries of Bahrain, UAE, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. *****AMENDMENT 2 ***** In the Evaluation Attachment 12, the entire section titled PRICE SCHEDULE EVALUTION was REMOVED and veribage stating the evaluation is being performed in accordance with FAR 15.305 was REMOVED.� The revised attachments are embedded within this Amended PDF Solicitation attachment.� Once you download and open the Combined/Synopsis PDF attachment:� Click on the little arrow within and to the LEFT of the PDF document.� Then click on the paper clip icon to the LEFT of the PDF document and you will see the solicitation package� You must open the PDF document using Adobe and not a web browser.
