- The Contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies (except government-furnished), services, permits, and license necessary to perform janitorial services for the Republic Ranger Station of the Colville National Forest.� This is a Firm Fixed-priced contract for one base year with 4 Optional Years.� OPTIONAL YEARS MIGHT BE EXERCISE ONCE WE SEE HOW WELL THE INITIAL PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACTOR MEETS THE FOREST SERVICE�S NEEDS. No Pre Bid Meeting will be held.� Project quoters are advised to visit the project site prior to submitting a quote or use the description in the Solicitation. Work for Base Year 2023 shall start 03/05/2023 until 12/31/2023. Optional Years will start on the following years if exercise. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business.
