Description

The Regional Procurement Support Office, Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP), under full and open competition procedures for janitorial services at the United States Consulate General Office Building as well as stairwell cleaning and cleaning of common areas at the Carl-Schurz-Siedlung Housing Compound, Frankfurt, Germany.� The services will be performed at the office building located at Giessener Strasse 30, 60435 Frankfurt, Germany as well as the Carl-Schurz-Siedlung Housing Compound. The successful Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work required in the solicitation and will be responsible for performing janitorial services within designated areas, all interconnected main building areas, the Consular Community Building, all Compound Access Control�s and outer buildings located at the American Consulate General Compound.� The approximate total is 22,100 square meters including outer buildings.� Floor measurements are approximately 45%, or 9,550 square meters carpeted, and approximately 55%, or 11,750 square meters hard surface.
