Description
1/24/2023 REVISED to correct NAICS code and update information in Section M and L of the RFQ. Revised Technical and cost proposals must be received by the FAA no later than 5:00 P.M. CDT, February 3, 2023.� Bids can be electronically submitted to joe.oglesby@faa.gov.� The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Level I Aircraft Systems Familiarization Training in accordance with Air Transport Association (ATA) 104 Specification for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airworthiness (Maintenance / Avionics) Inspectors on the following: Aerospatiale ATR-42 (FAA28420) Sikorsky S76 (FAA28485) Bombardier BBD-700 (FAA21850006) Falcon 900 (FAA21900013) Cessna 680A (FAA21900014) Challenger 350 (FAA21900015) The FAA contemplates award of a Fixed Price - Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with 1-year base with 1, 4 year option periods.� The award will be made to the vendor with the lowest price technically acceptable proposal. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.� ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST.� CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR document(s).� If downloading is not possible all request for copies of the SIR document(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Joe Oglesby, Contracting Specialist (AAQ-740), via email at joe.oglesby@faa.gov. Technical and cost proposals must be received by the FAA no later than 5:00 P.M. CDT, January 12, 2023.� Bids can be electronically submitted to joe.oglesby@faa.gov. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, ""Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals,"" any proposals received after the due time and date of 5:00 P.M. CDT, January 12, 2023, will not be considered.� In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.
