INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT: The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Europe District is soliciting proposals for a design-build construction contract at the National Malaria Reference Lab (NMRL), Sierra Leone located in Lakka, Sierra Leone. The solicitation includes basic design criteria, and the USACE intends to award a resulting contract to a single design-build construction contractor that will complete the 100% design and construct the project. See solicitation attachments posted with this announcement for complete details associated with the scope of work and other requirements.� Offerors must be SAM registered, and submit price and non-price proposals no later than the stated deadline in order to be eligible for award of the contract resulting from this solicitation. PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located in Lakka, Sierra Leone; Latitude 8�23'53.50""N, Longitude 13�15'50.14""W. (Refer to theattached Location Map.) PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT: Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit that is tentatively scheduled on 30 November 2022 at 1100 hrs.� Offerors must pre-register in advance. See the site visit registration posted with this announcement for instructions and complete details.� HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT: Proposals must be prepared and submitted according to the instructions within the contract solicitation (plus amendments). Please be sure to submit your proposal no later than the time and date specified in the solicitation (plus amendments). Interested offerors must submit a non-price proposal for evaluation in addition to a price proposal to be considered for contract award.
